Saving electricity when the fridge is not full

Did you know that an empty fridge uses more power than a full one? Strange, perhaps, but true….When your fridge is full, the items in the fridge retain the cold and the motor does not have to work as hard to keep the inside of the fridge cold. The solution: when your fridge is fairly empty, fill it up with bottles of water. The bottles will retain the cold and your fridge will use less energy.
